How can I add my photo to this site?
You can upload your photo directly from
your computer. In order to do this you have to register. Please do not
send your photos by e-mail with the request to place them on this site.
System denies accepting my photo.
Please make sure the size your photo is
less than 500 kb and the resolution of your photo must be 50x100 or higher.
When I try to upload the photo the server
replies "Page not found" or "Server not found". What is the problem?
Probably the size of your photo is too
large and it takes much time to load the photo.
Why has my photo been rejected? It is
up to your requirements!
The decision about accepting or rejecting
the photo is made by the moderator. The requirements are just a guide.
Please look through the list of reasons for which your photo could potentially
be rejected:

Your picture is too small.The resolution of
your picture must be 50x100 or higher

Group photos are not acceptable. It is not
clear who on the picture is you. You may circle yourself on the picture
or point with an arrow using any photo editor program

Contact information i.e. e-mail address, URL,
instant messaging, written on your photo or mentioned in the Personal data
-
The quality of your picture is low. Your face
is not clearly visible or you're too far away from the camera
-
Your photo looks like you are under 13
-
The size of your photo is too large (more
than 500 Kb), or we could not upload it
-
Your form contains advertising in any form
-
It seems to us that the person depicted on
the photo is a celebrity or model
-
You have written too little information about
yourself
-
Excessive nudity, XXX-material, provoking
poses, offensive gestures
-
The E-mail address written in your account
is wrong or its impossible to deliver to your e-mail address. Please change
your e-mail address. Otherwise your account will be deleted in a month
-
Your face should be clearly visible on the
applied photo. No pictures of animals, nature, cars, body parts etc. are
allowed. People want to see your face
Every time I log in and perform
any operation the system asks me to log in once more. How can I avoid this
problem?
This is possible in the case when a cookies
file is damaged in some way. You can correct it by deleting the file:
-
close all the windows of the browser;
-
choose Search / search for file in the Start
menu;
-
search for “doulike” in “Windows”
folder (most probably this will be the c:\windows\ folder);
-
delete the files you've found there;
-
reload your browser.
I know my friends have already voted
for my photo, but I do not see the results of the voting. What is the problem?
The calculation of the votes isn't done
immediately, it is done every 20 minutes.
My friend placed his/her photo on the
site. Is there a quick way of finding his/her photo without having to look
through other user profiles?
The only way to find your friend’s photo
immediately is clicking the direct link which has to be given to you by
him. He can find it by logging in and entering “My rating” page.
Can I contact a person I liked on the
site? Can you help me get in touch with him/her?
According to the “User’s Agreement”
we have no right to give out somebody’s e-mail address. But if the person
you like is a “Match Double” of yours, you'll be able to contact each
other.
How can I change my e-mail address?
Log in and choose "Settings->My e-mail".
You can change your e-mail address on that page.
How do I exchange notes and messages
with my Double Match?
If you wish to send your Double Match a
note or a message, you should go to the Double Match section of your profile
and click the “send note” or “send message” button.In order to
read a new message that has been sent to you by a certain Double Match
you have to go to the messages section of your profile and follow the link
below the “send note” and “send message” buttons. You'll see the
“all messages” box there you can read the new notes/messages and the
old ones this box keeps track of all notes/messages you have exchanged
with the Double Match.In order to create a new note/message look below
the “all messages” box there you'll see the “new message” box.
This box is solely for writing new messages.
If somebody clicked "Yes" to my photo,
does he or she automatically become a mutual sympathy of mine?
No. You can become each others Double Match
only if you have both clicked “Yes” to each others photos . If somebody
clicked “Yes” to your photo, then his/her photo gets higher priority
for being shown to you.
But this doesn't mean that all you have
to do is register and then sit and wait for people to become your Double
Match. You should be active in clicking yes or no to people's photos. Then
more users will see you, and will have the chance to tell you that they
like you too!
You never know whether people pressed “Yes”
on your photo.
Are my answers reckoned if I press "Yes"
or "No" before my photo is appraised by the moderator?
Yes, they are reckoned. But your photo
will be shown only after the moderator has approved of the photo.
How can I change my personal info, age,
name and location?
You should log in and choose “My profile”
in the “Settings” menu.
Why can't I get my Double Match's e-mail
Because probably this person is not ready
to give you his contact information yet. Do you always get a person's phone
number immediately after having seen each other for the first time? Why
should Internet dating be different? Your Double Match will give his or
her contact information only if he is totally ready to do so.
If I have deleted a Double Match is
there a possibility that this person will contact me?
No, this will not be possible. If you have
deleted somebody from the list of mutual sympathies he/she can not contact
you. Thus you have the full control of your contacts.
I have no Double Match. What
can I do to increase the chance of getting a Double Match?
We recommend you to take the following
steps:

make sure your profile is interesting and
impressive. Short profiles don't contain enough info for the other users
to decide whether they like you or not. We suggest you write as much interesting
stuff about yourself as possible this is the best way to stand out from
the crowd.

Be more active in clicking “yes” or “no”
to other peoples profiles. You will be seen by more people attracted to
you.
Is the service chargeable?
No, the service is free of charge.
Can I look through the photos of people
from my area?
Yes you can. Below the voting block you
can see the settings board where you can chose the sex, age and location
of the people whose profiles you want to look through.
I don't receive emails from Frenpix.

Login to your yahoo account.

Check your Spam Folder. If it's there click
the "Not Spam" button while viewing the message in your Spam Mail Folder

If it's not there click "Option" on upper
right.

Click "Block addresses".

Look at the "Remove Block" section. If you
find our address in that section (admin[at]doulike.com) remove it.

If this has happened repeatedly with
our emails, try adding admin[at]doulike.com address to your address book.
HOTMAIL

Login to your Hotmail account.

Check your Junk Mail Folder. If it's
there click the "Not Junk Mail" button while viewing the message in your
Junk Mail Folder.

If it's not there click "Options"

On the left side of the page, click Mail,
and then click Junk E-Mail Protection.

Click Safe List.
-
Type an address or domain (admin[at]doulike.com,
www.doulike.com) and then click Add.

If this has happened repeatedly with
our emails, try adding admin[at]doulike.com address to your address book.
AOL MAIL

Check your spam folder if you have one. (If
you have AOL 6.0 or above you may access your spam folder by going to Keyword:
"Spam Folder" or by visiting your mailbox on AOL 9.0 and above)

If you find the mail from admin[at]doulike.com
is in your spam folder, just hit the "This Is Not Spam" button when you
open it.

If this has happened repeatedly with
our emails, try adding admin[at]doulike.com address to your address book.
If I change my photo will my Double
Match be deleted?
Your Double Match won't be deleted. But
your "Votes YES" and "Viewed" counts will be reset.
How can I see the people who've said
YES to my photo?
Every day we will send you emails with
links to people who have said YES to your photo.Also, you can see photos
of people who have clicked YES to your photo when you're looking through
photos on the "Meet new people" page.Above the photos of those people you'll
see the title "This user already voted "Yes" for your photo". If you don't
see that written above any of the photos then there aren't any people who
have said YES to your photo.And it doesn't matter what filter you choose
you will see those people anyway.
There are 5 YES votes in my rating.
But I've received only 3 links to people who have said YES to my photo.
Where are the other 2 links?
Both registered and unregistered users
look at your photo. So we can give you links to registered users because
we have their photos. But we cannot give you links to unregistered users
because we don't have their photos. As a result you have YES votes but
no links.
I can't send notes and messages.
Members can send notes and messages to
all members. When a Member changes his/her photo his/her account goes to
moderation and members can't send notes or messages.Members can send notes
and messages to all Members even if his/her account is under moderation.
My Double Match has disappeared from
my Double Match List. What has happened?
There can be three reasons for this:

Your Mutual Sympathy has deleted your photo
from his/her Sympathy List.
-
His/Her account is under moderation and you
temporarily can't see his/her photo in your List. You should wait.

He/She has deleted his/her account from our
website.
